Le kafta est un plan servi depuis l’Inde jusqu’aux rives occidentales de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, preuve de son succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n

Pour la viande<\/h4>\n\n\n

Le petit truc
G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec de la viande maigre, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez cependant de la viande avec 10% \u00e0 15% de gras pour \u00e9viter que les bouch\u00e9es ne sont pas trop dures en bouche. <\/p>\n\n\n

1 kilo de viande de boeuf hach\u00e9 fin
1 bouquet de persil
1 gros oignon
et du sel et du poivre <\/p>\n\n\n

La pr\u00e9paration<\/p>\n\n\n

Que cela soit en boulette ou en brochette, coupez finement le persil et d\u00e9coupez finement l’oignon en d\u00e8s. <\/p>\n\n\n

M\u00e9langez le tout avec la viande, un peu de sel et du poivre selon votre convenance. <\/p>\n\n\n

Formez des boulettes de viande que vous ferez revenir dans une po\u00eale pour quelles puissent garder leurs formes. grillez les un peu. <\/p>\n\n\n

Et puis, voila pour le Kafta<\/p>\n\n\n

Pour autant, il s’agit ensuite de pr\u00e9parer le reste des ingr\u00e9dients n\u00e9cessaires. <\/p>\n\n\n

Pr\u00e9voyez
3 patates
500 grammes de tomates Coeur de Boeuf,
une pinc\u00e9e de la cannelle <\/p>\n\n\n

Coupez une partie des tomates en tranches et gardez une autre partie des tomates pour en faire un coulis. Vous pouvez rajouter une pinc\u00e9e de cannelle. Rajoutez un peu d’eau, du poivre et du sel au besoin pour que la sauce ne soit pas \u00e9paisse.<\/p>\n\n\n

Coupez les patates en tranche plut\u00f4t \u00e9paisses. <\/p>\n\n\n

M\u00e9langez le tout et rajoutez y la viande que vous aviez pr\u00e9alablement fait revenir. <\/p>\n\n\n

Mettez au four pendant 40 minutes \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n
